We are located on the beautiful west coast of Maui, Hawaii, and offer wonderful affordably priced oceanfront vacation condominiums. An island home in a rich tropical setting is yours to enjoy at Polynesian Shores. You will be greeted with a special aloha upon arrival . You can set your own pace - play, or hide away.

Enjoy swaying palms, fragrant Plumeria trees, the sound of waves breaking against the shoreline, spectacular blazing sunsets, and unsurpassed ocean views. Turtles swim in the shallow water, and in the winter season, humpback whales frolic in the warm ocean close to shore. The neighboring islands of Moloka‘i and Lana‘i frame the panoramic ocean view.

Our spacious, lush grounds are perfect for relaxation, family vacations, and honeymoons. Spectacular Maui sunsets are a nightly event - each provides its own unique panorama of exploding color. There are picnic tables located on the water's edge for a family dinner, or for sharing pupu's Maui-style with friends, old and new.

WHY POLYNESIAN SHORES ?

• We are a small quiet complex that gives you the feel of Maui. It is not a large resort with a lot of people. You can actually hear the ocean, smell the flowers, and truly relax on your vacation.
• Sunsets are special at Polynesian Shores. Get to know fellow guests while enjoying your favorite beverage at the end of a perfect day. No two sunsets are alike. See turtles swimming in front of you while sailboats and the islands of Lanai and Molokai frame one of the most beautiful natural sights you will ever see. No two sunsets are the same.
• No need to drive. You can walk to bars, restaurants, and stores. There is even a farmers market three days a week. Get to know the island.

Benefits of staying in our condos instead of a hotel:

• More space - Our spacious condos give you more room to spread out, especially helpful for families traveling with children.
• More rooms - Our condos have living rooms, bedrooms and kitchens with private lanais. Our two and three bedroom condos have two bathrooms. All rooms are ocean view with unobstructed views of Moloka‘i and Lana‘i. It's your home away from home. For your security each condo has an complementary in room safe.
• Kitchen - Our large, open, well equipped kitchen to relax and enjoy your time cooking. There is a private BBQ area located on the ocean, return to your private lanai in your condo and enjoy your meal outside on the ocean.
• Price - Condos at Polynesian Shores, Maui, cost less per night than most Maui hotels.
• Condo grounds - Smaller property allows you to enjoy your vacation without a large amount of people. Pool lounge chairs are available. Quiet hours enable you to have a restful quiet vacation.
• Sleep in - If you like to sleep in and your partner doesn't, they can go to another room and not disturb you.
• Parking - Free assigned on site parking.
• Laundry - Need to freshen up some clothes. Laundry facilities on site. Costs a lot less than having the hotel do your laundry for you.

FAQ

Do you offer electric vehicle charging stations?
No, we currently do not have this on property.

Do you provide beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, pool floats, etc?
Sometimes guests leave these items behind, check the closet for such items. Please use all items left behind by previous guests at your own risk. There are many places nearby where you can buy/rent these items for affordable prices on a daily/weekly basis. The Snorkel Store is our favorite.

Do you provide pack n' play, rollaway cots, for children or cribs for babies?
No, we don't provide any baby gear. Maui Baby rentals is about a mile away. Just give them a call.

Do you have a washer and dryers?
Yes, we have washers and dryers on-site with an appp., but not in the individual units..

Do you have free parking?
Yes, we have one parking spot per condo (this includes our one and two bedroom condos.

Do your units offer A/C?
No, but all units feature ceiling fans , some units have insulated ceilings for cooling and a great cross breeze.

Do you have oils or spices for cooking?
No, we do not supply these items; we are conscious of cross contamination. We suggest bringing special spices from home.

Do you have kitchen cookware?
Our kitchens come fully stocked, from dishes, glassware, pots and pans and many kitchen utensils, they also have microwaves and coffee makers (bring your own coffee) . We also have barbeques on property for your use.

We have starter supplies in each condo? What does this mean?
We start you with toilet paper, paper towels, liquid dish soap, trash bags, one sponge, and travel size toiletries.

Do you have beach access?
No, but we have wonderful beaches and snorkeling areas nearby.

Do you offer late check outs or early check ins?
Our housekeeping staff asks us not to offer this ahead of time. You can send a message the same day and we can let you know. Although please plan for a 3:00p.m. check in and 10:00a.m. check out.

Do you offer grocery delivery?
No we do not. I do recommend Demming's Delivery Service.

Are there Grocery stores close by?
Yes, there is a Health Food Store, ABC Convenience, and Times Supermarket. We suggest stopping at Costco after landing as its close to the airport.

Can you recommend places to eat and things to do?
I have provided a few suggestions below. But, I highly encourage you to explore Maui on your own. If you arrive at Kahului Airport, there are many free brochures that suggest places to eat, rent equipment, excursion, etc.

Restaurants/Coffee? Quick bites to eat:
Duke's Beach House, Dollies, Java Jazz, Ohana Tacos, Honokowai Okazuya, Slappy cakes and Badass coffee.

Snorkeling Spots:
Old airport Beach, Kahekili Park,Black Rock, Honolua, just to name a few.

Whale Watching Cruises:
(November through March) as advertised in many brochures.
